Saddlebrook developer delivers Wesley Chapel apartments

Mast Capital, the developer of Saddlebrook Resort, and private equity firm Rockpoint said Monday that they have opened a garden-style apartment complex in Wesley Chapel.

The Harlow, which has 248 units and is located at 5101 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., broke ground in 2022. The development was among the Tampa Bay Business Journal's Best Real Estate Deals of 2023.
