Sembler family sells St. Pete condo for over $7 million

The estate of the late Mel Sembler has sold a luxury condominium unit in downtown St. Petersburg for $7.4 million.

Sembler founded the successful St. Petersburg commercial real estate firm named after him in 1962. He went on to develop more than 350 projects. He died in 2023.
