Waldorf Astoria branded condos could become St. Pete's tallest building

A new luxury condominium complex could one day become St. Petersburg's tallest building and the city's first branded development.

New plans have been submitted to the city proposing a 49-story tower at 150 Second Ave. S. It will sit on what is now a six-story parking garage adjacent to the 12-story City Center office building, which is currently being renovated and will remain.
