Good Night John Boy operator invests millions in St. Pete's Jannus block

An old but iconic block of bars in downtown St. Petersburg is undergoing a transformation.

Cleveland-based Forward Hospitality Group has invested over $5 million in historic properties surrounding Jannus Live as part of a calculated strategy to bring a new offering to downtown St. Pete and take advantage of a strong nightlife market. The company owns Good Night John Boy, Welcome to the Farm and My Rich Uncle. Glamper on Central Avenue is expected to open in late September, and Hi 5 at the site of the former Yard of Ale bar sits vacant for now.
