Pinellas County commits $7.94 million for affordable housing in St. Pete and Largo

The Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners on Aug. 13 voted to allocate a total of $7.94 million to two affordable housing complexes.

The funding will help Archway Partners build an 84-unit complex in Largo called Cypress Grove Apartments and an 80-unit complex in St. Petersburg's Gateway Area called Flats on 4th.
