Bay Food Brokerage buys new headquarters in Westshore

A grocery and perishable food brokerage based in Tampa has purchased a Westshore office building where it plans to move its headquarters.

Bay Food Brokerage paid $4.3 million for 5201 W. Laurel St., according to Hillsborough County property records. The building is 11,275 square feet, which is nearly double the size of Bay Food's current headquarters at 5111 Memorial Hwy.
