Miami investment firm purchases retail space at new St. Pete apartment tower

Torose Equities will be on the hunt for St. Petersburg retail tenants following the acquisition of 14,000 square feet of space at the base of a new apartment tower.

The Miami-based company announced Aug. 13 its purchase of the retail component of the Modera St. Petersburg, where residential tenants are currently moving in.
