Jacksonville builder to begin home sales in Pasco's Moffitt-anchored Angeline

A Jacksonville homebuilder that entered the West Florida market two years ago will begin selling homes in Angeline, Pasco County’s Moffitt-anchored master-planned community, in September.

Dream Finders Homes said Tuesday that it has 107 home sites in Angeline, which is a few miles northwest of Land O’ Lakes between state roads 41 and 589. Angeline sprawls 6,200 acres and will include a 775-acre life sciences park anchored by Moffitt Cancer Center.
