The redevelopment of Robles Park Village in Tampa Heights could begin in late 2025.

Robles Park Village is one of the city's oldest affordable housing projects. The affordable housing division of Property Markets Group is just over a week away from final approval of its plans; Tampa City Council, which unanimously approved the redevelopment in June, will hold a second hearing on the project on Aug. 23.
