Moxy St. Pete hotel opens in the Edge district

A key part of the new Edge Collective project in St. Petersburg is now open

Moxy St. Pete, a 163-key hotel in St. Petersburg’s Edge district, is located at 1234 Central Ave. and is part of the first phase of the 500,000-square-foot mixed-use project from Miami-based PTM Partners and DoveHill Capital Management. The Moxy is managed by the Wurzak Hotel Group and was designed by Storyn Studio for Architecture.
