Marijke White with Michael Saunders & Co. serves as sales director at The Residences at 400 Central in downtown St. Petersburg, leading a team of five. The job allows her to pitch a city she loves and play a role in who will call the future 46-story tower home.

The project — St. Pete's tallest by the time it's finished — will feature 301 condos, 60,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space and 45,000 square feet of office space. Completion is scheduled for mid-2025. New York-based Red Apple Group is the developer, and Boston-based Suffolk Construction is the general contractor.
