Westshore Marina district condos hit new construction phase

The master developer of the Westshore Marina district has kicked off pre-construction planning for the second tower in Marina Pointe, the district’s luxury condo portion.

BTI Partners, based in Fort Lauderdale, has hired Coastal Construction to lead this phase of planning, the developer said. Coastal’s Tampa Bay portfolio includes some of the region’s most prominent residential towers, from Arts and Entertainment Residences in downtown Tampa to Heron in Water Street Tampa. It is currently building Pendry Tampa on the downtown waterfront as well as Aqua in the Westshore Yacht Club.

Marina Pointe consists of three towers. The first tower was completed in May 2023. The second tower is slated to break ground by the end of 2024, the developer said. It will include 151 condos ranging in price from the high $700,000s to over $4.9 million for one- to four-bedroom floor plans.

It will also include seven, 3,300-square-foot townhouses.

The third tower, which has 105 condos, launched presales earlier this year.
