National salon chain Noire The Nail Bar signs lease in Wesley Chapel

A national nail salon chain will open in Wesley Chapel.

Noire The Nail Bar has signed a lease for 2,100 square feet in Epperson at Innovation Springs, which is the retail component of Epperson Ranch. The shopping center is also home to one of Publix Super Markets Inc.'s most upscale prototypes.

It is part of a 1,000-home community that includes a manmade lagoon in Epperson Ranch, which is one of Pasco County's fastest-growing communities.

Flavia Kanyago, vice president of sales and leasing at CrossMarc Services, represented Noire Nail Bar in the lease transaction. David Conn, CBRE executive vice president, represented the landlord, Epperson Ranch Retail.
