A New York investor has acquired a Home Depot in Clearwater for $23 million.

An LLC linked to investor Hee Nam Bae acquired the Home Depot at 2495 Gulf to Bay Blvd. on June 4, according to a deed filed in Pinellas County. The property includes the 114,225-square-foot building and several acres of surface parking.

The Snyder Carlton National Net Lease Team with Colliers was the listing agent for the site.

The building was built in 1995 and sits on 13.13 acres. It last sold in June 2018 for approximately $17.91 million.

Home Depot operates more than 2,300 stores across North America and employs more than 475,000 team members. According to the listing, the existing lease was recently extended and has several years remaining in the first extension period.

It lies directly adjacent to the Sunny Grove mobile home park and the Duke Energy Trail, which is on the east side of the Pinellas Trail loop. It is one block from a Sam’s Club and two blocks from a shopping center with a Lowe’s, the Clearwater Mall, a Costco and a Target.

The property is less than 2 miles from the Courtney Campbell Causeway, 12 minutes from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport and 18 minutes from Tampa International Airport.
