A waterfront home on Belleair Beach has sold for $6.6 million.

The 5,950-square-foot home, built in 2024, sits on a 0.31-acre lot at 2601 Bayshore Drive. The sale price is approximately $1,109 per square foot. According to a deed filed in Pinellas County, the sellers were Susan Klein and William Klein, and the buyers were Richard Cope and Jill Cope.

Dania Perry with Century 21 Jim White & Associates represented the seller and Donna Miller with Coldwell Banker Realty represented the buyer.

This is the first new construction waterfront home that has hit the market in seven years, according to the listing. The home has never been lived in and features three floors of steel-reinforced concrete construction and a designer concrete-tile roof. There are five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.

Unique attributes of the home include a 13-car garage, all-glass garage doors and a commercial-grade elevator.

The home has 11-foot-tall ceilings, Euro-style frameless cabinetry, a hand-forged steel double-door entry and a 25-foot-high living room that transitions to a covered balcony with open water views. The upper-level family room has an owner’s suite with waterfront views and private access to a 24-foot-wide covered waterfront balcony.

Outdoor amenities include a pool and spa, a new dock and seawall for deepwater boating and extensive landscaping.

The property is a three-minute walk to the private beach or a 10-minute boat ride to the gulf.
