Tampa home on Palma Ceia golf course sells for $8.5 million

A home on the first hole of the Palma Ceia golf course has sold for $8.5 million.

Bryson and Claire Raver, who own a home on nearby South Golf View Street, closed on a home on West San Rafael Street on April 17, according to Hillsborough County property records. The sellers, Casey Bischoff Wilson and James Gordon Wilson II, paid $1.68 million for the lot in 2016. The home was built in 2018, property records show.

The home was listed for $10.5 million in October 2023. Jennifer Carlstedt with Smith & Associates Real Estate in Tampa listed the home for sale; Sarah Weaver with Compass represented the buyers.

"In the past decade, only 15 properties with direct Palma Ceia Golf Course access have sold, compared to over 570 waterfront properties throughout South Tampa, demonstrating the rare opportunity presented to purchase in such an exclusive location," Carlstedt said in a statement.

The 7,872-square-foot home has six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms, as well as a one-bedroom garage apartment.
