Lennar, a national residential developer, is bringing a new townhome community to Pinellas Park.

Townes at Bayou Heights will feature 32 townhomes in a gated enclave at 9595 66th St. N. The townhomes will range from 1,801 to 2,466 square feet and will offer three- and four-bedroom floor plans with two and a half baths.

“We are excited to expand our presence in the Tampa Bay market by bringing townhomes with the design, comfort and quality that Lennar is known for to Pinellas Park,” Lennar (NYSE: LEN) Tampa Division President Steve Smith said in a release. “It’s the best of urban living, enhanced by a host of nearby parks and beaches that active outdoor enthusiasts will fall in love with.”

Each two-story townhome— called Capri, Palmero, Marisol and Verona — will have a two-car garage. The units will feature “modern kitchens, generous living areas, comfortable bedrooms and lavish owner’s suites,” according to the release.

Pricing for the townhomes will begin in the mid-$400,000s. A pool and cabana amenity will also be built at the site.

Each townhome will feature Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” program, which offers some of the more popular upgrades and features at the base price of the home. This includes quartz countertops, ceramic tile throughout and stainless steel appliances.

The Townes at Bayou Heights is being built adjacent to the Helen S. Howarth Community Park, which features a recreation center, dog park, equestrian center, sports courts and fields, a playground, picnic pavilions and a nature trail.

The community is being sold by appointment only.

The site is roughly 11 miles from downtown Clearwater, 12 miles from downtown St. Petersburg and 6 miles from the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport.
