RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Bradenton commercial buildings coming to auction Fisher Auction Co. is handling the sale of the two properties on behalf of the United States Bankruptcy Court. Previously, Fisher handled multiple high-profile auctions, including the former Versace Mansion and the Crowne Plaza Universal Hotel in Orlando.

Fisher will be auctioning off a two-story, 5,294-square-foot mixed-use building located at 1836 14th St. W. A new roof was added in 2022. There is a current lease on the site, but according to the listing, the tenant is expected to vacate before closing.
The site is 7 miles west of Interstate 75. It was built in 1951 and has three units consisting of five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms and two kitchens.
Fisher will also be auctioning off a 4,743 square-foot live/work office building on a 0.45-acre lot at 2726 6th Ave. W. The property is located just south of Manatee Avenue (Highway 64) between 27th and 30th streets. The building is turnkey and was renovated in 2022. It has upgraded parking and professional landscaping. The building has seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens and open areas. It was built in 1932.
The building is approximately 7 miles west of I-75 and one mile west of U.S. 41. It is less than an hour from the Tampa International Airport and has a partial lease at the site.
