Redington Beach home sells for $5.29 million

A waterfront home on Redington Beach has sold for approximately $5.294 million.

The home at 15520 Gulf Blvd. is 4,570 square feet and sits on a beachfront lot with natural sand dunes. The home sold on March 5, according to a deed filed in Pinellas County. The sales price breaks down to approximately $1,158 per square foot.

The sellers were Scott and Susan Doyle. The buyer is a private trust.

Scott Doyle, of Century 21 Real Estate Champions, listed the home for sale. Clay Glover of RE Max Metro represented the buyer.

The home was built in 1998 and was upgraded and expanded in 2015. The home features views of the Gulf of Mexico from multiple rooms in the house. The first floor features an open floor plan with custom estate moldings.

The living room has a natural gas fireplace, the kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances and a wet bar with a wine refrigerator. The home also includes an office.

The second floor features an owner’s suite with angled picture windows that offer panoramic views. There are also two guest bedroom suites and a laundry room on the second floor. The third floor has a large family room with views of the Gulf and two additional guest rooms with adjoining baths.

The property also includes an extended-height two-car garage with a storage loft, storage closets and an air-conditioned workshop. The home also features an elevator.
