RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Father-daughter development duo sells second spec mansion on Indian Rocks Beach Developers Peter Donnantuoni and Danielle Donnantuoni closed on the sale of 34 Gulf Blvd. on Wednesday morning, according to Jennifer Zales of Coldwell Banker Realty. Zales and her daughter, Lexie Zales, represented the Donnantuonis in the transaction.
Richard Grant and Greg Schreiber of The Grant Homes Group of Keller Williams Clearwater represented the buyer. A deed for the transaction has not been filed in Pinellas County.
It is next door to 32 Gulf Blvd., which the Donnantuonis sold in June 2023 for $10 million.
vThe homes are on The Narrows, which spans from the Intracoastal Waterway to the Gulf of Mexico. The home at 34 Gulf Blvd. has a gated, private dock with a 20,000-pound boat lift, a garage with space for six cars and a three-stop elevator.
“Sophisticated consumers continue to seek new construction homes built to the newest codes with elevated living,” Jennifer Zales said in a statement. “It was extra special to work with my daughter Lexie Zales, Coldwell Banker Realty, and to collaborate with luxury developers Peter Donnantuoni and his daughter Danielle Donnantuoni.”
The home has 5,825 square feet under roof and totals 9,551 square feet.
“The house is spectacular, everything from the quality of the build to the rock star views which are amazing,” Grant and Schreiber said in a statement. “We are so happy for our buyers as Indian Rocks Beach offers an idyllic blend of luxury and coastal charm. They will enjoy breathtaking oceanfront views, pristine sandy beaches and a relaxed yet sophisticated lifestyle.” |
