RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Sales launch for mixed-use project in St. Pete’s Grand Central district Ad Lofts, located at 2250 Central Ave., will feature six townhomes above 5,000 square feet of retail space. The ground floor will feature a café-style restaurant with terrace seating along Central Avenue. Pricing for the units will begin at $1.395 million.
Jacki Fabrizio and Chris Pitre of Smith & Associates Real Estate are the listing agents for the site.
“The contemporary design, location to downtown’s most vibrant district and the indoor/ outdoor living spaces make these townhomes a unique opportunity in the heart of the city,” Fabrizio said in a release. “Homeowners will love the walkability with easy access to cafes, museums, boutiques and many of the most new and exciting restaurants.”
The project is a collaboration with Modern Tampa Bay Homes — the developer that built a similar product five blocks away at 2700 Central Ave. MTBH is now part of MTBH Studios, which also includes WrightHouse, Y Homes and MTB Urban products.
Five lofts will be 2,525 square feet and include three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, private air-conditioned tandem garages and personal elevators. One unit will be 4,765 square feet and feature a rooftop living space.
All the townhomes will have 1,141 square feet of outdoor space with balconies on the second and third floors. Each unit will also have a 23-foot gallery space, double skylights, wine storage, a wine cooler and a custom kitchen.
Residents will receive a $5,000 credit from Ad Lofts to use on artwork to support local artists in the neighboring Warehouse Arts District.
Fabrizio told the Tampa Bay Business Journal construction will commence once two contracts are secured and is estimated to be complete in 18 to 20 months. |
