The sellers were Brendan and Jennifer O’Carroll. The buyer was an entity linked to Kevin and Laura Brodsky of Tampa. The sales price breaks down to approximately $1,077 per square foot.

The home sits on a 0.27-acre lot and was built in 2013. It features five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms and has several terraces overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
The kitchen has a large center island and top-of-the-line appliances. The home also includes an office and media room.
The site includes 75 feet of beachfront, and its outdoor amenities include a heated pool with a hot tub, a large gazebo and a putting green. The property has a private walled and gated entry and a two-car garage.
The home is a block from Guppy’s on the Beach and Keegan’s Seafood Grille and three blocks from Kolb Park.
In December 2023, a home nearby at 2 18th Ave. sold for $7.5 million — breaking down to roughly $1,085 per square foot. Last June, a home built speculatively on Indian Rocks Beach sold for $10 million, which was among the most expensive single-family homes ever sold in Pinellas County.
