RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Another Saltaire penthouse is on the market The 35th-floor penthouse was just listed for $10 million. The 5,985-square-foot penthouse is move-in ready and has panoramic water and city views. Saltaire was developed by Kolter Urban, the developer behind One St. Petersburg, One Tampa and Hyde Park House.
This is the second penthouse at Saltaire — and the second penthouse on the 35th floor — to enter the market this week. An unfinished 6,100-square-foot penthouse was just listed for $11.5 million.
Saltaire’s 192 units were all presold by April 2022. Each of the penthouses sold for more than $7 million in late 2023, according to Pinellas County property records. This unit sold for approximately $7.719 million.
The buyer was Paul and Angela Pagnato. Paul Pagnato had a “vision to own the most spectacular views in South Florida,” according to Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. Pagnato appears to have ties to financier Cathie Wood.
Robyn Gunn of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s St. Petersburg office is the listing agent for Pagnato’s penthouse.
“This is a rare opportunity to own the trophy waterfront penthouse in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg,” Gunn said in a release. “You’re not just acquiring property; you’re securing a vantage point that offers an unparalleled perspective on the city.”
The penthouse has four bedrooms and five-and-a-half-bathrooms as well as a family room and office. The gourmet kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and “Nolte premium European cabinetry and a Calacatta Gold Macchiato Vecchia marble island countertop,” according to the listing.
The primary suite has two large walk-in closets and a bathroom with a frameless glass walk-in shower and a soaking tub.
The penthouse also has 1,645 square feet of wraparound outdoor space with north, east and west-facing terraces. The unit comes with three parking spaces.
Amenities at Saltaire include a dog park, an Olympic-length pool, cabanas, outdoor kitchens, a fitness area and workout studio and a clubroom.
“The living experience goes beyond the conventional, inviting you to soar above the bustling streets and make your home in the sky at the premier address of Saltaire,” Gunn said in a release. |
