A waterfront home in Siesta Key has hit the market at $9.975 million.

The home on Bay Island at 799 Freeling Drive is called Vivre Le Reve, or Living the Dream. The home totals 7,636 square feet and sits on a 0.49-acre lot. It includes five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.

Michelle Ward of Compass Florida is the listing agent for the property.

The home was built in 1994 and fully renovated in 2017. It was built by Perrone Construction and designed by architect Clifford Scholz. The asking price breaks down to roughly $1,306 per square foot.

The three-story home has modern finishes and appliances. It features a kitchen with quartz countertops and a Wolf Range, a family room with 21-foot ceilings and a gas fireplace, an office, and a laundry room. The property also includes a movie theater with 12 theater seats, acoustically engineered walls, a projector and an adjustable screen.

The owner’s suite is on the second floor and includes an oversized sitting room, gas fireplace and a private terrace with water views. The owner’s ensuite bathroom has a soaking tub, walk-in shower and walk-in closet with custom built-ins.

The ground floor has a two-and-a-half car garage with a workshop wired for an electric charging station. There is also an additional oversized garage that could house a recreational vehicle, a boat or additional vehicles.

Outdoor amenities include a saltwater pool, an inground jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen and dining space, an outdoor shower, a three-hole putting green and 69 feet of bayfront access.

The property also features a dock with a 69-foot concrete seawall. The dock can accommodate up to a 60-foot yacht and includes a 24,000-pound boat lift and a davits for a 16-foot boat.
