Saltaire penthouse hits market for $11.5 million

A penthouse in Saltaire in downtown St. Petersburg is listed for sale at $11.5 million.

The 35th-floor penthouse is nearly 6,100 square feet. The unit is being offered unfinished, and the buyer can customize the penthouse to their preferences. It has four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.

It was developed by Kolter Urban, which is also the developer of One St. Petersburg, Art House, Hyde Park House and One Tampa.

Saltaire includes 192 units, which were all pre-sold by April 2022, roughly 18 months before construction was complete. Each penthouse in the tower sold for more than $7 million in late 2023, according to Pinellas County property records. This penthouse sold for approximately $7.43 million.

"Saltaire represents the epitome of sophisticated urban living, and this penthouse is the gem of the tower," Jacki Fabrizio, listing agent for Smith & Associates Real Estate, said in a release. "A homeowner will love to see their design vision come to life."

The penthouse includes three balconies that total more than 1,700 square feet and feature 280-degree panoramic views of Tampa Bay. The unit comes with three parking spaces.

Amenities at the tower include an Olympic-length pool, a dog park, outdoor kitchen areas, cabanas and a club room. There is also a news café, fitness area, workout studio and a clubroom.
