Tierra Verde waterfront estate lists for $9.4 million

A waterfront estate in Tierra Verde is listed for sale at $9.4 million.

The home, which is 5,055 square feet, was built by JR Structures and designed by Eilyn Jimenez of Sire Design. Jimenez is featured on Netflix’s “Designing Miami.”

The home at 491 Laguna Drive was completed in 2023 and includes 200 feet of water frontage. The asking price breaks down to roughly $1,859 per square foot.

Dina Sierra Smith of Smith & Associates Real Estate is the listing agent for the property. Smith has been the listing agent of several of the largest home sales in Tampa Bay, including a Davis Islands estate that sold for $17.85 million last August.

There is also a state-of-the-art audiovisual system by AVC Technologies.

Outdoor amenities include a negative edge spillover pool, a heated spa, an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor lounge. The 0.36-acre property has a substantial dock with a 40,000-pound boat lift that can hold up to a 52-foot boat.
