A waterfront home in Venetian Isles has sold for $5.8 million, making it the highest price per square foot in the community’s history, according to Multiple Listing Service.

The home at 2095 Hawaii Ave. NE is roughly 4,302 square feet and sold to an undisclosed buyer. The sales price breaks down to approximately $1,348 per square foot. The sale closed on Jan. 26, per the MLS.

Jennifer Zales of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate represented the seller; Josh Sobczak with Florida Executive Realty represented the buyer.

“I am thrilled to deliver another record-breaking sale for one of my sellers, this time in Venetian Isles,” Zales told the Tampa Bay Business Journal. “Once again, newer construction leads our luxury market. Tampa Bay has many areas that are ripe for building these new and elevated modern homes, which are our future.”

The home includes four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms and lies on a cul-de-sac in Venetian Isles in St. Petersburg. The property features 135 feet of water frontage.

The home was built in 2021 and includes a grand room with a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a butler’s pantry and wine storage, a laundry room and a den. The owner’s retreat is on the third level and features a sitting room, terrace access, a large closet and bathroom, and panoramic views.

Unique features also include an elevator, full-home generator, designer lighting, power shades and a four-car garage.

Outdoor amenities include a covered lanai with a full outdoor kitchen, a heated saltwater pool and spa and a custom putting green, per the MLS. The property features a new elevated concrete seawall and a large dock with a 25,000-pound boat lift.
