A Boston-based office landlord has signed eight new tenants in the two buildings it owns in downtown Tampa.

Farley White Interests, which owns Fifth Third Center and Two Harbour Place, signed the deals in late 2023. A team of brokers from the Tampa office of CBRE — Molly Molloy Catlett, KC Tenukas and Kristin Kenney — represented Farley White in the lease transactions.

Five of the leases were in the 19-story, 281,187-square-foot Fifth Third Center, which was built in 1981 and is 92% occupied. The largest of the leases is just over 2,660 square feet. One of the more noteworthy deals is Embrace Software Inc.'s lease for 2,154 square feet on the 19th floor. The Tampa-based company will move in in March, CBRE said.

Among the new leases at Two Harbour Place is a 7,200-square-foot deal with Whiting-Turner Contracting Co., which will move in in August. Whiting-Turner is a Maryland-based general contractor and construction manager. Tampa-based Mission Health Communities also signed a lease for 7,800 square feet in Two Harbour Place.

Two Harbour Place was built in 1998. It is 12 stories and 188,101 square feet. It is 94% occupied, according to CBRE.
