A Tudor revival home in Historic Kenwood with a bed and breakfast license has hit the market.

The property at 2801 Seventh Ave. N has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms and sits on a 0.29-acre lot. It operates as a bed and breakfast The Kenwood Gables. The property is listed for $1.7 million as a personal residence or for $2.2 million as a commercial property.

DJ Soucy of Compass Florida is marketing the property for sale.

The home was built in 1936. The main house has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and a guest house, which is adjacent to the pool area, has one bedroom and one bath.

The property includes a grand foyer, formal dining room, secondary dining room, chef’s kitchen, library and a breakfast nook. Outdoor amenities include a heated in-ground pool, patio and manicured gardens.

The property underwent extensive renovations between 2016 and 2022. It is a block from St. Petersburg High School and approximately half a mile from 34th Street North.
