Vacant Davis Islands lot once owned by Steven Stamkos sells for $10.3 million

A vacant Davis Islands lot once owned by Tampa Bay Lightning captain Steven Stamkos has sold again — this time for $10.3 million.

Stamkos sold the vacant lot at 201 Blanca Ave. for $8 million in 2022. The private trust that bought it from Stamkos sold it to another trust in an off-market transaction on Jan. 16, according to Hillsborough County property records.

Adriana Silver of Tomlin St. Cyr Real Estate Services brought the buyer, according to the Multiple Listing Service. The lot is .32 acres. Halo Homes, a Tampa-based luxury homebuilder, received a miscellaneous permit on Dec. 18 related to clearing up a complaint against the previous owner, according to city documents.

Davis Islands is among Tampa's most expensive neighborhoods. A $21 million ultra-luxury speculative mansion was listed for sale there on Jan. 18.
