Jacksonville homebuilder launches sales in first West Florida community

A Jacksonville homebuilder will soon launch sales in Seaire, a master-planned community in Manatee County.

Dream Finders Homes will have 300 home sites in Seaire, east of Interstate 75 on Moccasin Wallow Road in Parrish. Tampa-based Metro Development Group is the master developer of Seaire, which will have 3,000 homes at completion. Seaire will also be home to a 4.5-acre man-made lagoon, and Dream Finders is the only builder in the community with 60-foot single-family lots fronting the lagoon.

Dream Finders will launch its West Florida division when Seaire sales open later this month. Of its 300 home sites, 99 will be single-family homes. The remaining lots will be townhouses built in four-plexes, the builder said. Models of the townhouses will be ready for touring in April or May, the builder said, with single-family model homes ready by summer.

“As a national homebuilder with a presence in several high-growth and emerging markets, the Tampa region was an ideal market for us to further expand our footprint in the Southeastern U.S.,” Joe Sabella, Tampa division president for Dream Finders Homes, said in a statement. “To kick off our investment in Tampa, we purchased the largest and most scenic lots within Seaire to showcase our award-winning home designs. We look forward to bringing our most popular homes to accentuate the large lot sizes and desirable lot locations along the lagoon and conservation areas.”

Dream Finders’ Seaire floor plans range from 2,600 to 3,500 square feet for single-family homes. Townhouses will range from 1,400 to 2,000 square feet.
