Sarasota luxury agent to market waterfront solar community near Anna Maria Island

Developer Pearl Homes has tapped Roger Pettingell of Coldwell Banker Realty to market Hunters Point Resort and Marina, a waterfront community in Manatee County.

Sixty of the 86 homes remain and are priced from $1.35 million. The community is in Cortez, “just before the Cortez Bridge leading out to Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island,” Coldwell Banker said.

Sustainability is the focus at Hunters Point, where each home is outfitted with everything from American-made solar panels to electric vehicle charging stations in the garages. The homes also include water- and energy-saving features and sonnenBatterie systems to back up the solar panels.

The homes in the community have the ability to generate up to 35% more energy than they use.

The Hunters Pont homes are designed to maximize every square foot, and the rooftops can be fitted with everything from stargazing observatories to putting greens.
