Venetian Isles mansion sells for $9.2 million

A waterfront mansion in Venetian Isles has sold for $9.2 million.

The 7,841-square-foot home, located at 2093 Carolina Ave. NE, sold on Dec. 21, according to a deed filed in Pinellas County. The sellers were David and Kimberly Salmon, and the buyer was a private trust. The home sold for $1,173 per square foot.

The seller was represented by Kirby Bryan, Georgia Janas and Kristen Burke with Northstar Realty and the buyer was represented by Robert Griffin with RE MAX Metro.

The estate has six bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms and sits on a 0.49-acre lot. It was built in 2014 by Campagna Homes and has direct water access.

The main home has five bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms and flex spaces that can be used for an office, a gym, a study and a game room. There is a large family room, a kitchen with a butler’s pantry and a formal dining room with a Swarovski crystal chandelier and two matching sconces.

The home has multiple balconies, an elevator, a 400-bottle wine cellar and a serving bar off the formal dining room. The property has a split four-car garage with a second-floor in-law suite with a kitchenette and full bath.

Nearly every room in the home offers panoramic water views. The outdoor living space has a kitchen, saltwater pool, spa and fireplace. The property also includes two docks with a boat lift and jet ski launch.
