The sellers were Jill and Shannon Vissman and the buyer was Alan Large, according to property records. The sales price breaks down to $934 per square foot.
The seller was represented by Jennifer Zales and Martha Thorn of Coldwell Banker Realty; the buyer was represented by Lori Yaniscavitch of Coastal Properties Group, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
