A condominium in the Grandeur at Sandpearl Residences on Clearwater Beach has sold for $4.4 million.

The transaction closed on Dec. 27, according to a deed filed in Pinellas County. The sellers were Jill and Shannon Vissman and the buyer was Alan Large, according to property records. The sales price breaks down to $934 per square foot.

The seller was represented by Jennifer Zales and Martha Thorn of Coldwell Banker Realty; the buyer was represented by Lori Yaniscavitch of Coastal Properties Group, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom residence at 11 Baymont St. is more than 4,700 square feet and was built in 2007. It offers views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. The unit has a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a reverse osmosis water filtration to the fridge and icemaker and a breakfast bar, according to the listing.

The unit has three terraces, and the owner’s suite has a sitting area with built-ins including cooled beverage drawers and an ensuite bathroom with a tub, walk-in shower and two walk-in closets. The three guest rooms have terrace access.

The unit has two assigned parking spaces, a beachside cabana to store gear and a climate-controlled storage unit.
