RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Medspa, home furnishings store join Water Street's retail lineup BevelUp and Clayton Gray Home will open in Water Street in 2024, developer Strategic Property Partners said Monday. SPP is controlled by Kirkland, Washington-based Cascade Investment LLC, Microsoft cofounder Bill Gates' investment fund. Tampa Bay Lightning owner Jeff Vinik sold his share of SPP to Cascade in mid-2023.
“Clayton Gray Home turns 15 in January 2024 and is excited to celebrate this important year in a thriving location like Water Street,” owner Wendy Garraty said in a statement.
BevelUp, which also has a location in Midtown Tampa, will occupy 1,448 square feet on the street level of the Cumberland Garage, facing the Cora apartment tower. Clayton Gray will occupy 1,594 square feet on the ground floor apartment tower Asher.
“We have crafted an upscale experience that is not only inviting but also thrives in the convenient and accessible environment offered by Water Street Tampa,” Rashae Doyle, owner of BevelUp, said in a statement. |
