Jeff Dervech, CCIM of Dervech Real Estate, Inc. arranged the sale of a parcel in the Riverview submarket of Brandon, FL for a new retail strip center development. The property located at 9921 Causeway Blvd sold for $1,150,000 and is approximately 1.50 acres of land, zoned commercial. The site is well positioned on Causeway Blvd, which is a main arterial road off the Selmon Expressway that connects Tampa with Brandon, Riverview, and South Hillsborough County.
