Tampa warehouse sells for $9.4 million

Two newly built warehouses in Tampa have sold for a combined $9.4 million.

The property, located at 5620 W. Linebaugh Ave., includes 73,934 square feet of Class A distribution space. The sale closed on Nov. 17 and the buyer was Banyan Linebaugh Avenue. The seller was Aventine Hill.

Co-founders Nick Ganey and Tommy Szarvas of Boutique National represented the seller. Robbie Lober of Boutique National represented the buyer.

The property includes two new buildings, which were completed in December 2022. The warehouses were fully leased at the time of closing, according to Boutique National. The sales price breaks down to approximately $127.14 per square foot.

The northern building is 43,793 square feet and the southern building is 30,141 square feet.

The site lies along an industrial strip on W. Linebaugh Ave. It was built across the street from Worldwide Scrap Metals and Alto Recycling and is adjacent to Tampa Flooring Gallery. The warehouse is just over a mile from the Veterans Expressway and is just over five miles from I-275.
