Kolter Urban has announced plans to build a new luxury condominium tower at the West Bay Club in Estero.

The 24-story tower will feature 86 residences and will offer views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the West Bay Club’s golf course.

The project, called The Island at West Bay Club, will include three- and four-bedroom residences that range from 3,300 square feet to 3,600 square feet. An “exclusive collection of two half-floor penthouse residences” will be released soon with floor plans of more than 6,000 square feet.

Pricing for the condos will start at $3.5 million. This will be the last community available for sale within the master-planned gated golf community of West Bay.

“Kolter Urban is renowned not only for its exceptional high-quality designs but also for crafting unique, amenity-rich lifestyles for its residences,” Brian Van Slyke, Kolter Urban’s regional president, said in a release. “We are excited to extend our expertise to the wider Naples region, delivering a thoughtfully designed development that aims to set new standards.”

Corner placements for all

Garcia Stromberg Architects designed the project and it sits amid a “waterfront and nature preserve setting.” The design allows each residence to have a corner placement, offering unobstructed views. The condos will have private access-controlled elevators. Each condo will have 10-foot ceilings and full-height sliding glass doors and windows.

This is the latest of several projects along Florida’s Gulf Coast for Kolter Urban. The group’s portfolio includes ONE St. Petersburg, Saltaire, Hyde Park House and the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay.

Kolter Urban’s headquarters is in Delray Beach. It has regional offices in Fort Lauderdale and Atlanta and for Tampa Bay in St. Petersburg and Sarasota.

The condominiums will also have large format porcelain tile and designer kitchens with top-of-the-line appliances and the owner’s suites will have walk-in closets and spa-like bathrooms.

“Each residence is positioned to offer corner placement, allowing for breathtaking views of the surrounding natural landscapes and water,” Van Slyke said. “We are proud to make an impact in a new market by introducing a residential tower that stands apart from any other in the Naples area.”

The tower’s 24th floor will have a rooftop oasis featuring a fitness and yoga space, an adult relaxation pool, and views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The main-level amenities will include a resident club room, a resort-style pool with lanes for lap swimming, a fitness center and private guest suites. There will also be a family-friendly splash lounge and a sports lounge, which will have a golf simulator.

Residents can also enjoy the amenities found within the West Bay Club Community. This includes The Beach Club, which offers a private sanctuary on the Gulf and an oceanfront dining venue, and The Bay House, a fitness center, pool, and al fresco dining experience.

The community also has a sports complex with eight tennis courts and six pickleball courts and the West Bay Club’s golf course, which Pete and P.B. Dye designed.
