A Maryland-based health care real estate investment trust has sold three skilled nursing facilities in the Tampa Bay region.

Omega Healthcare Investors sold Lakeside Oaks Care Center in Dunedin, Habana Health Care Center in Tampa and Brandon Health Care and Rehabilitation to New York-based Kinship Health, according to property records in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.

The Dunedin facility sold for $8.05 million; the Brandon facility sold for $13.8 million, and the Tampa facility sold for $17.25 million.

Omega purchased the site in May 2016 for $5.21 million, according to the property appraiser.

Earlier this year Kinship Health purchased two other skilled nursing centers in Pinellas. It acquired the Living Center of St. Petersburg, located at 9393 Park Blvd., for approximately $12.28 million and the Consulate Health Care, located at 1410 Dr. MLK Jr. St. N, for more than $12.5 million.
