Clearwater Beach home sells for $3.23 million

A waterfront home on Clearwater Beach has sold for approximately $3.23 million.

The 3,784-square-foot home, located at 144 Devon Drive, sits on Clearwater Bay and is two blocks away from Clearwater Beach. The sale closed Oct. 31, and the buyer is Clearwater-based S&T Enterprises Holdings. The sales price breaks down to approximately $854 per square foot.

Andrew Vieira with Keller Williams Gulfside Realty represented both the buyer and the seller.

The home has six bedrooms and four baths and sits on a just over 7,000-square-foot lot. It was built in 1994 and includes a two-car garage with an air-conditioned storage attic.

The home has an open floor plan, and the living room features an 85-inch television above a gas fireplace. Other attributes include multiple chandeliers, color-changing accent lighting and new tile. The chef’s kitchen features a gas range with a hood, an in-wall oven set and two smart refrigerators.

The interior bar features a wine fridge and two taps. The home's exterior is geared toward entertaining with a lanai, a renovated heated salt cell pool, a new built-in Coyote grill, 26 Areca Palms and a dock with two staircases leading into the water. The dock also features a dock box and boat lift.

The home is just over 3 miles from downtown Clearwater, 0.2 miles from the Wyndham Grand on Clearwater Beach and 1 mile from the Clearwater Yacht Club. It is also just over 12 miles from the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport.
