Published: Nov 1, 2023

An Indian Shores strip center has sold for $3.45 million.

The property at 19705 Gulf Blvd. includes two strip center buildings that total just over 13,100 square feet. The center was sold on Oct. 27 to Odin Enterprises, which is linked to a private Largo investor. The seller was Hunter Family Real Estate Investments. The sales price breaks down to approximately $263 per square foot.

The 6,676-square-foot building was built in 1973, and the 6,432-square-foot building was built in 1975. The plaza is home to tenants like The Dog & Parrot Beach Pub, DJ's Clam Shack Indian Shores, Indian Shores Trading Company, Beach Place One Real Estate and Aloha to Go.

The strip center is one block from the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway. It’s directly across from the Westview Grand Condominiums and is adjacent to Bay Mariner Condominiums.

The property is 11 miles from downtown Clearwater, 17 miles from downtown St. Petersburg and 28 miles from downtown Tampa.

In August, Odin Enterprises sold a small apartment building called Avanda Oaks in Clearwater for $1.15 million. The company owns several residential properties throughout the county, with several assets in Clearwater and Largo.
