The sale closed on Oct. 20, according to a deed filed in Pinellas County. The buyer was an entity linked to a Michigan-based private investor, and the seller was the trust of the Carol Martin Estate.

There are seven bedrooms total on the site, according to the listing. The property includes 350 feet of water frontage along the Anclote River. The compound totals 5,301 square feet.

The 35-foot by 35-foot veranda wraps around the pool and connects to the cabana with an en suite.
