St. Pete's BellaBrava to open in Pasco County

Italian restaurant BellaBrava will open a third location in Pasco County.

BellaBrava, which was founded in St. Petersburg and also has a location in Midtown Tampa, said Tuesday that it plans to open in Bexley, a mixed-use development. The restaurant will open at 16722 Focus Loop in Land O’ Lakes in December.

“We are excited to be growing in North Tampa,” Thomas Sanborn, president of 2BHospitality, the parent company of BellaBrava and Stillwaters Tavern, said in a statement. “This expansion into Land O’Lakes with BellaBrava is just the beginning of our larger plans to bring traditional Tuscan flavors and delicious cuisine to an even wider audience.”

The first BellaBrava opened in downtown St. Petersburg in 2005. The restaurant serves Italian favorites like pizza, pasta and calzones.

2BHospitality also said it plans to open a Stillwaters Tavern location in 2024. That concept launched in St. Pete in 2014.
