A private investor from Jupiter has acquired two industrial warehouses in Pinellas Park for approximately $6.65 million.

The industrial property, located at 12050 49th St. N, was sold on Sept. 29, according to a deed filed in Pinellas County. The seller is Fort Myers-based Sunizo, a commercial real estate agency.

Combined, the two buildings are approximately 91,731 square feet. The sales price breaks down to roughly $72.54 per square foot. The site last sold in June 2014 for approximately $3.39 million, according to the property appraiser.

The larger warehouse was built in 1998 and totals approximately 61,756 square feet. The smaller warehouse was built in 2003 and is 29,975 square feet. The site is currently home to Global Glass Innovations, an independent glass distributor, and C Thru Glass and Security Films LLC, which fabricates and installs glass for custom and classic cars.

The property is largely surrounded by undeveloped land and sits across the street from several other industrial and commercial sites, including Titanium Powersports, International Granite and Stone — Clearwater and Atlas Construction Equipment Services.

The industrial property is just over a mile from U.S. 19 and is less than 3 miles from Interstate 275. The site is less than 3 miles from the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport, 20 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg and 30 minutes from downtown Tampa.
