A Largo distribution center has sold for $29.6 million to a Colorado Springs-based developer.

The new warehouse at 8660 133rd Ave. N sold to an entity linked to JD Warnack Woodlands, according to a deed filed in Pinellas County. The seller was Tampa-based Harrod Properties. The sale closed on Sept. 29.

The 159,402-square-foot building was completed this year and has a 36-foot clear height, tilt-wall construction and features dock-high and grade-level loading. The building can hold a single tenant or can be divided for multiple tenants. The suite sizes range from 31,400 square feet to 160,000 square feet, according to the listing for the site.

The building is located near the intersection of Ulmerton Road and Starkey Road and is adjacent to a Starbucks, Wendy’s and the Yankee Traveler RV Park. The site is 20 minutes from the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport and 30 minutes from the Tampa International Airport.

This is the second Pinellas County warehouse Harrod Properties has sold to JD Warnack Woodlands recently. In August, JD Warnack Woodlands purchased an Oldsmar site for $22.3 million from the Tampa company. The distribution warehouse, located at 500 Brooker Creek Blvd., was built in 2022 and was the first industrial manufacturing building supported in part by Pinellas County’s Employment Sites Program.
