RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Former Lightning player sells Davis Islands home for $10.8 million Yanni Gourde and his wife, Marie-Andree Raby, sold the 7,416-square-foot home on Ladoga Avenue to Carmen D'Ambrosio and Doug Secrest on Oct. 17, according to Hillsborough County property records. The sale appears to be a cash transaction.
Gourde left the Lightning for the Seattle Kraken during the 2021 expansion draft. The couple purchased the .32-acre property for $4 million in 2021, and the home was completed in 2023. It was custom-built by Halo Homes Tampa.
Adriana Silver of Tomlin St Cyr & Associates LLC in Tampa represented the sellers. The purchase price breaks down to more than $1,450 per square foot.
The home has six bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms and a three-car garage.
The transaction is the latest in a string of high-profile sales on Davis Islands. Last week, another NHL player sold a $6.35 million home to the widow and daughter of Tampa philanthropist David A. Straz Jr. |
