Kinship PACE of Central Florida has recently signed leases totaling more than 30,000 square feet as the organization expands in Lakeland and Ocala.

Kinship PACE — which stands for program of all-inclusive care for the elderly — now has three locations in Florida, two of which are in Central Florida. The Central Florida arm operates under the national PACE provider Kinship Health. Its most recent location is in Ocala, with 16,617 square feet in Paddock Mall at 3030 Southwest College Road. Paddock Mall is "a major shopping and business corridor in Ocala," according to Cushman & Wakefield Inc.

Donna Korn, Beau Ladwig and Alec McNamara of Cushman & Wakefield represented Kinship PACE of Central Florida in the Ocala lease transaction. Louie Granteed of Tobin Real Estate represented the landlord, 3100 College Rd Holdings LLLP, in the lease transaction.

The organization signed a lease earlier this year for 19,830 square feet in Lakeland Town Center at 917 E. Memorial Blvd. The same teams represented the same sides of the deal as in the Ocala transaction.

“We are pleased to secure Kinship Health’s third lease in the state of Florida. We know how vitally important PACE programs and the services they provide are to the senior community and appreciate the opportunity to work with them to secure their growth across the country," Korn, managing director at Cushman & Wakefield, said in a statement.
