St. Pete mobile home park sells for $9.9 million

A 161-unit mobile home park in St. Petersburg has sold to a Utah-based company for $9.9 million.

The Isle of Palms Mobile Home Park at 7400 46th Ave. N is a pet-friendly, age-restricted community for those 55 and older. The sale closed on Sept. 19, according to Pinellas County property records. The seller was a private investor, and the buyer is an entity linked to Utah-based Havenpark Communities.

Havenpark Communities operates and develops manufactured home communities throughout the U.S.

The property was built in 1970, and amenities include a clubhouse, recreational facilities and an on-site sales office. It also offers off-street parking.

The Isle of Palms Mobile Home Park is 9 miles from downtown St. Petersburg and less than 5 miles from Madeira Beach. It is adjacent to the Vagabond Mobile Home Park and the Sunshine Mobile Home Park.
