RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Two Leases Totaling over 30,000 SF for Kinship Health’s Expansion into Central Florida Kinship PACE of Central Florida is a program of all-inclusive care for the elderly (PACE) that operates under national PACE provider Kinship Health. This latest lease marks Kinship Health’s third location in Florida.
Donna Korn, Beau Ladwig, and Alec McNamara of Cushman & Wakefield represented Kinship PACE of Central Florida, in the lease transaction. The property is owned by 3100 College Rd Holdings, LLLP who was represented by Louie Granteed of Tobin Real Estate.

Kinship PACE of Central Florida’s new space will house a PACE center dedicated to serving seniors in a comfortable and convenient setting and will be located within Paddock Mall, a major shopping and business corridor in Ocala. The center will become the organization’s second location in Central Florida.
Earlier this year, Kinship PACE of Central Florida signed a second new fifteen-year lease for 19,830 square feet within Lakeland Town Center at 917 E Memorial Blvd. Cushman & Wakefield’s Donna Korn, Beau Ladwig, and Alec McNamara represented Kinship PACE of Central Florida in the lease transaction while Tobin Real Estate’s Louie Granteed represented the landlord, Lakeland Town Center, LLLP. Lakeland Town Center is a mixed-use retail and office destination hosting a diverse mix of tenants and is located just off heavily trafficked Memorial Boulevard. |
