A historic estate in St. Petersburg’s Old Northeast neighborhood is listed for sale at $5.5 million.

The two-story home at 605 18th Ave. NE sits on a triple lot. The house is 4,852 square feet and has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It last sold in December 2021 for $3.8 million, according to county property records.

Nick Janovsky of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s St. Petersburg office is marketing the home for sale.

Built in 1920, the home still retains many of its original features. It has a farmhouse kitchen, high ceilings, an office, dining room and an expansive family room with a fireplace.
